This cookware is strong and heavy, but I love the look. It is very well packaged, so take your time unpacking. When I opened it to wash the parts before use I can already see that it was high quality stainless steel. There were no bent or damaged parts in the box. I'm a beginner cook. I cooked a rib steak in a 14 quart skillet with a lid and it cooked evenly and was so tender. I've also steamed green beans in a Dutch Oven Steamer. They stayed nice and hot after I turned the heat off. Overall I am satisfied with the set.
