To date, this is the best portable DVD player I have seen or used in terms of quality and functionality. It's also a Blu-ray player! The picture quality is amazing, the player part is well done. I've had no problems playing Blu-ray, DVD or burned discs (I have backups of all my movies on DVD-R and Blu-ray-R media so my kids don't ruin a good copy). The battery life has been amazing so far, you will have no problem watching Blu-ray on both screens without draining the battery. In a car this is fine as I only use the cigarette lighter socket on the center console which only works when the key is on. Now, to clear up any possible confusion, I'll make a few comments: 1. This particular item has 2 screens. One has a Blu-ray/DVD player and the other has only one screen. Both have batteries. They are connected together with a nice thick VGA cable (think old fashioned computer monitor cable). 2. My shipment included everything: 2 screens, VGA cables, DC cables, AC cables, straps to attach to your car's headrest, AUX cable to connect to your car's AUX port, etc.3. Both screens have headphone jacks so you can either connect two different sets of headphones (not bluetooth or wireless) or use the included cable to connect to your car's speaker system. Comes with a real remote control lol. Not just any tiny remote control with plastic buttons. Looks like any normal TV/DVD remote control.5. You can adjust the volume separately.6. The player part must be mounted on the driver's side and the mirror glass on the passenger's side. Given how the VGA cable is set up and everything else, it makes sense. I'm not usually a big reviewer of the products I buy from Revain unless they have something special. You will enjoy it as much as I do!
