Double-walled tips look better and are easier to clean. Stainless steel does not rust.
I had a different brand single wall tip with rounded edges and dirt/grime and road debris clinging to the metal causing major cleaning. Double-walled tips have a two-wall barrier, so heat doesn't build up as much and all materials stick to it. Also, this brand is known for their quality parts. I like this.
