Great little water slippers. They are well made and don't feel cheap at all. There was no unpleasant chemical odor that often accompanies such products. I ordered 3 different shoes to see which one fits best and is well made. These shoes were much better in quality and size than the other two shoes I bought here. The strap is sturdy and it is easy for my 8 year old to put these shoes on and off by himself. They are snug but not tight as you can adjust them with a strap at the top. What I probably like most about shoes is that the sole isn't flat, cheap, or slippery. His foot didn't slip or slide into the boot. If you look at the sole, it sticks out and hugs the foot slightly, like a regular shoe. I didn't care as long as he ran and didn't slip. They stayed on the foot and were comfortable enough to wear almost every day during the week we were on vacation. He wore them hiking, swimming, snorkeling and water riding without complaint.
