So I bought it thinking it would help keep the algae in. only to delete it when i see it. Boy was I wrong! First, magnets are junk! While sticking them together through the glass. they are not strong magnets! If you move the handle too quickly, the magnets will separate. Then the cleaning pad sucks! it's just a shithole. Yes, because the magnets are not strong enough. The cleaning pad only presses where the two magnets meet, leaving many small scratches on the algae. I am disappointed in this product. I figured "strong magnets" meant the pad and handle would stick together tightly through the glass. turns out I was wrong. lesson learned
