I've been wearing these shoes for a little over 3 years. First, they are definitely not up and running. There is little structure in the upper and your foot slips too much. You have to be a little more careful when walking than with other shoes. Slipping can lead to a twisted ankle. Aesthetically, these shoes are very cool. The combination of retro design with modern technology gives them a unique look. They're made of mesh and suede, so water and dirt aren't your friend. Expect the white boost to turn yellow over time. There's nothing you can do about it. In terms of comfort, they are very comfortable underfoot. One of the top 3 in my closet. But again, be aware of the possibility of twisting your ankle. To determine the size, I recommend reducing the size by half a size. If you buy shoes in your normal size and they are too big for you, insert a used sneaker insole when wearing them. This model has no insole. The insole already molded for your foot above the booster makes walking even softer.
