ChurchTracer makes it very easy for our ministry teams to keep track of all of their volunteer hours, ministry opportunities, and donations. I like how easy Church Tracer is to use and navigate. They also offer some wonderful marketing tools through out the site also. The only downside about ChurchTracer that we have found so far is they do not offer an offline option for our volunteers. So if you are working with volunteers who prefer to be mobile, that could create some problems for them. Their customer service team is fantastic and always willing to help in any way they can. If anyone has questions or concerns, their team is quick to answer. Keeping an accurate record of ministry hours has been a struggle until we found Churchtracer. Now our teams can easily see what projects we have coming up and when they begin. We also take donations with ease! The ease of using the software. It is very user friendly and allows for quick and easy data collection with minimal training. There are not many features that I dislike about the program. If you are looking to create an online database for your church, this is the program you want. It helps me track our membership and donations to ensure we are reaching those who need it most. This has allowed us to see where our efforts are falling short and where there are opportunities for growth.
