felted and also silky

Ribbon is excellent, felted is also nice and silky. I used gift tags for bows at a kids party. Although the ribbon was a little frayed where I cut it, it made very nice perfect loops. Fewer fights after getting out my sharper scissors! The mother-to-be loved it, and so did I! Crafted 50 arches for services and left many more for future projects.
