I love this little opal flower. I had to buy a second one because I carelessly put it in without tightening it properly; entirely my fault. I recommend using a latex or rubber glove to ensure it is fully screwed on. However, I wear this 24/7 and it doesn't fade or turn green. The stones are in a setting so the stone should stay in place even if some glue wears off and rains over time. I like this design because it is consistent. If it's twisted, it doesn't matter if it's upside down, as there really isn't a head for it. The two pins are different lengths and the gemstones are interchangeable to fit different piercing gauges. Overall, I highly recommend this item.
