This product is unique in that it dissolves and absorbs quickly and does not contain any of the undesirable ingredients found in pre-mixed sports drinks. I'm not a fan of pills so it's great to replace the concentrated liquid electrolyte. When I need an accurate measurement I use a cap, otherwise I spray on the eye and it works fine. I mix this into my peach tea flavored workout drink during workouts at the gym (up to 3 hours) and hikes (3-5 hours). The flavor (2 capsules per 750ml) is barely perceptible but rather adds a twist. Replacing salts is also a huge relief when I'm rehydrating after a night of drinking, so it's good to have this on hand for those tough mornings to supplement my workouts.
