This is not a "not satisfied with this product" rating. On the contrary, cotton pads are of very good quality. You are soft. They obviously remove makeup quite well when used with a good makeup remover. This just to point out the caveat: they don't wash very well. I put a few of these in the laundry bag that came with it and washed them along with my face towels. Unfortunately, the remains of the mascara and eye make-up could not be completely washed off. I then soaked them in a small bowl and hand washed them a second time. Same result. I think I'll keep using them until I can't stand dirty discs anymore. Much luck!
