Buyers beware the best diagnostic, testing and measuring tools

Looks like a decent and well made product but has not been used new. Bought on February 20, 2019, received a few days later. Here are the issues: - The product packaging looked like it had been dropped as the corners were dented. The box it came in looked well made so it was indeed damaged at some point. The software updates were originally launched on January 18, 19, a full month before purchase. The Pacific/West Coast time zone has also been set. The battery did not hold a charge or even charge. I plugged it in for over 3 hours and the charge dropped from 76% to 52%. I thought maybe it was my charger so I tried 3 other chargers and none of them could charge the battery. I've owned Launch Creader for a few years and was hoping to save a few bucks by buying a CRP429, but at this point I'm only saving for an x431. I will say that it probably would have been better to buy from an authorized Launch retailer, but Revain handled returns flawlessly. Maybe I just caught a bad apple. beware. Most, if not all, of the Launch products sold on Revain are sourced from overseas suppliers (China) and generally do not have quality support in the United States. Please visit the Launch Tech USA website for approved products sold in the United States. Launch is a Chinese company. Launch products sold from China have different names from their US counterparts for easier identification.
