Prices can change almost daily but for now the price is probably the lowest of ALL of these little pop up shelters. You can find them on all kinds of websites and the only differences are windows for ventilation and pockets to protect them from the wind. This one has 2 pockets on each side for a total of 4. They also have small strips but they don't work in the sand. You fill 4 bags with sand. Depending on how strong the wind is, your tent can blow or blow away. As such, I prefer manufacturers that have front-to-back pockets on each side. This gives it a lot of weight to prevent it from blowing as some beaches can get VERY VERY WIND. I found one on EBAY selling for $24.50 and I'm sure it will hold the shelter better than 4 small bags. Apart from that, though, it's okay.
