Good lens!: SLR lenses

I bought this lens for a used Nikon D70 that I bought on ebay and it was a good lens. I've only had a couple of instances where there was a bug, but all it took was removing and reattaching the lens, and even then it didn't happen all that often. It gave me good shots (although I'm sure I might find some flaws if I know about resolution issues and the like) since I use it to photograph flowers and old cars around my house (Helena, Montana). Of course I'd like to have the latest Nikon model and a high-end Nikon lens, but then I don't have $6,000 (or more) to shell out. This lens is great for my needs.
