I'm not sure if I received a defective product because everyone else had good reviews about it. I bought it to clean and kill bacteria. Statements on individual objects (250-270F) for up to 15-20 minutes. I tried to use mine in the kitchen for 1 hour. It doesn't clean as well as I thought it would. after continuous spraying. It loses pressure quickly and should heat up again, about 45 seconds. You then have to wait for the pressure to build up, which took a few minutes to build up to maximum pressure. At maximum pressure, the temperature only reached 205 degrees Fahrenheit. They need at least 212 degrees Fahrenheit to kill bacteria. I've also tried cleaning my sink and grout to make it look new again. if you have followed the instructions. The point is to keep it closer than 2 inches for maximum strength. Haven't cleaned it yet. The product works better with the old way of brushing and cleaning 😕. I was hoping it would get as hot as the description says, 250-270 degrees F, which I didn't get.
