To begin, the products' level of excellence did not live up to my expectations in any way. The garments were fashioned from materials of a lower quality, and the stitching was not particularly long-lasting. Soon after I had received them, I discovered that I needed to make some repairs to some of the things. Second, there were problems with the way the garments were measured out to me. As a direct consequence of the inaccurate sizing guide on the website, I had to return a few of the items because they were too small or too large for me. I was surprised to find that the procedure for returning the goods was more difficult and time-consuming than I had anticipated when I attempted to do so. Last but not least, I did not appreciate the customer support that was provided. I had to wait a very long time before I could get a reaction from the representatives, and they were not very helpful in resolving the issues I was having with the sizing. Overall, my experience with the OQC online business was one that left me feeling disappointed. My expectations were not met regarding the quality of the products or the assistance I received from the staff, despite the fact that the assortment of available items was satisfactory. It is highly unlikely that I will ever make another transaction from that company.
