WARNING - WORKING CARTRIDGES

Bought a black/color kit. I used black at first because it was the only thing that needed replacing at the time. Now after a few months I open a color cartridge and it doesn't work and gives the error "cartridge problem". I know I'm installing it correctly because I get the old one back just like that and I don't get the error. Now I can't get any help or support for this fake cartridge. I will not buy again.
