GREENBOX Remanufactured Cartridges Replacement Tri Color Review

As mentioned in other reviews "Color cartridge is not working. Printer error message says uninstall and reinstall". This is my second cartridge purchase from Greenworks. I had to install an old empty cartridge (also from Greenworks) before I could get the printer to print in black and white. The first one worked, but I'm not sure it's worth saving when only 50% of the orders work. Use with HP78XX printer.

The ink didn't print quite right, but I was willing to accept that. Now a few months later I finally had to put in a black cartridge and the printer keeps reporting the cartridge error (prompting to remove and replace it again). After some support research, this is due to a faulty cartridge chip. So I wasted my money on this product.

Ink cartridges meet your expectations. They come in very nice packaging. Print quality is excellent. However, for the past few days I've been printing with HP Envy 7855 cartridges and each time I've had to remove and reinstall the cartridges before printing. The printer gives me a warning every time and stops the print job until I complete the task. If it's worth the effort to save a few bucks, then this is a very good option, but it's up to you.

Wrote a review and the screen has changed. I don't think it was my computer. I will write a review again. According to Revain, a refurbished Greenbox ink replacement product was in my HP Envy #7855. I always have spare ink to replace ink when needed, which is why I have not sent this message until now. When I tried to change the ink, my printer didn't recognize the Greenbox product and didn't work. I feel like I have been scammed by your company. I paid over $50 and now I have no choice to…

When the printer doesn't tell me the cartridges are installed incorrectly, which it does almost every time I try to print something. By the way, this does not happen with normal HP cartridges, the quality is excellent. However, I cannot print it without opening and closing the printer. I suspect it's some kind of bug.

Bought a black/color kit. I used black at first because it was the only thing that needed replacing at the time. Now after a few months I open a color cartridge and it doesn't work and gives the error "cartridge problem". I know I'm installing it correctly because I get the old one back just like that and I don't get the error. Now I can't get any help or support for this fake cartridge. I will not buy again.
