I enjoyed having access to my work files even while at home, it was very easy to use and kept me connected with work when away from the office.

The support could be improved upon as some of their staff members are not up-to par in answering questions and providing answers that help solve problems quickly. Also, there should be more options provided to change permissions so employees can have access to edit certain documents without being able to see what they've edited. We were looking for an application that would allow us to keep our file storage secure using encryption technology, this allowed both internal personnel and external vendors to have full access to all of our information.
