I have a 5 pound Chihuahua who is my assistance dog. I carried it around in my shoulder bag for a while and when I started another volunteer job the little vacuuming I did was a problem. I got this and it made a HUGE difference. My neck and shoulders didn't hurt at all and Izz seemed comfortable and not too hot. The first day we used it it was 95 outside and 82 in the building we were working in. She didn't overheat at all. Will definitely be buying another one after we wear this one out which hopefully won't last long but for the price can't complain too much.
