The product description was 100% accurate. Aftershokz for my wife. Both were a very nice red color that she liked, however the EKEN bone conduction headphones were heavier and not as loud. And while I understand and appreciate that the idea behind these types of headphones is to make ambient noise audible, the problem was that ambient noise easily drowned out the EKEN. I ended up returning them and keeping the AfterShokz. The return process with AMZ was great. and easy, and I can't remember the last time I had an issue with AMZ returns. We are very happy with our experience with AMZ and its affiliated resellers in terms of pricing, availability, shipping, returns and refunds.
