I like how easy it was to set up my account with them as well as their customer service team which has been great! The only thing i dislike about this program is having your phone number required in order to access certain features such as time off request or requesting vacation days you have already taken (which can be very frustrating). Having an easier way to track all our employees leave requests would help out so much!! It's definitely worth using if there are benefits to doing so but also make sure they offer other applications through different platforms. We use this system mainly because we want better control over who uses what equipment when where. There used to be more options available however now most companies charge extra fees just to add new accounts onto existing systems. This helps us keep costs down since not everyone needs every option offered thus less money spent per user/employee etc.
