I received it, charged it, turned it on, worked and turned it off after 20 minutes. So I charged it again and then tried turning it back on and it wouldn't turn back on. My friend has the same one and he said it only works if he's connected to the network for a while so I tried it and nothing. I've only used it 2 times! And I only had 3 days. I prefer to take a bucket of ice and put it in front of the fan. God I was able to get a replacement and it works great, charges great and the air and humidity range is insane for its size. I'm so glad they were able to replace the first one
