Wow. I used a different brand of soft riding underwear and never realized how TERRIBLE my old pair was until I put them on! You are a bit small. I bought medium ones that fit me but they are like speedometers. I'm 5'8, 155 pounds and did 65 miles on my first ride on them. I just have to say LOOK LONGER! I couldn't believe how well they work. I don't leave reviews but this is such a great product at a great price that I had to share it. Hope that helps!
