Left and right shoe are not the same size
As many reviews say, the left shoe is smaller than the right. I originally ordered 7.5-8 and the left one was a little tight so I reordered 8.5-9 and now the right shoe slips off when walking. I hope that after washing, the right shoes will shrink. Obviously, after all the negative reviews, the company already knows there is a problem. I'm sure they weren't willing to recall 10,000 pairs of shoes, huh.
