Camera is good everything else is not

I ordered this kit specifically for the backpack. The one I got was nowhere near. It's big and chunky and not at all like the picture. I needed one that opened all the way so I could reach everything. nope Just a backpack. All accessories are cheap but I like the camera. I just ordered another bag.
