The skirt is mediocre, nothing special and I wouldn't have bought it if I had tried it on first. The elastic waistband is very small. I'm very skinny (size 1 or 24 in jeans) and this skirt gives me a full bodice so I can't wear it with crop tops as planned. The yellow color is much more mustard than in the photo. I'm 5'4 1/2" and this is a great length for me - it hits the foot of my ankle.
