There were no instructions. The jelly stamp didn't work for me at first, and neither did many others. I googled what to do when this happens. After pumping the stamp everything worked. They come with a layer of (oil?) on them. The tutorial I watched said to wash only the removable jelly part of the die with dish soap. Sweep. Dry. Then polish the surface with a nail file (fine grit, square shape). I tried a shortcut and tried transferring after washing and it still didn't work. I had to polish the entire transfer surface. Be careful as the gel is very gentle. Mine is slightly torn. The polish you use also makes a big difference. I tried different thicknesses (old polish, new thin polish) and then different colors. Darker colors and more opaque polishes work best (like 1-coat polishes).
