This is the first time I've worked with alcohol inks, so I can't compare myself to other brands. Other than that I was happy with the performance of this ink (for resin). The colors were rich and not cloudy like I thought. The only thing I would criticize is that there was no warning to open the bottles. They should be pierced with a sewing needle or something similar. You pull the needle back out and it squirts out some ink, forcing you to clean up before you can even begin your project. That ink eruption on your fingers is easy to fix. Before removing the needle after a piercing, simply wrap a paper towel (or half of it) around the nose and needle. I would like to try other brands of ink so I can compare but overall I was happy with the quality, price and performance of this ink set.
