For versions that don't specify voltage, use 2.8-3.3V. Poor voltage regulation. burned out laser diode.

Claimed vl53l0x compatible pin, the voltage regulator on the board sent outputs 3.7v instead of 2.8v. The laser diode chip burned out when connected. returns error 64531 Hardware error.
