This may have a design security issue - I'm not sure. The location of the sockets is questionable.

I don't know what the regulations are for these products, but I don't think it's right. If you look at my photos it is very possible (and very easy) to plug a transformer or ungrounded power cord into TWO outlets (i.e. one prong into one outlet and the other into an adjacent outlet). Electrically I'm not sure if it matters, but it certainly looks wrong and can be confusing at best. If you have a grounded plug it will only fit right, but without that third pin it's just as easy to get it right as it is wrong and connect it that way, that your plug is electrically connected to two outlets. . If the spacing between the outlets was offset, wider or narrower this wouldn't happen, but they made the spacing between the outlets equal to the spacing inside the outlet (if that doesn't make sense - just look at the pictures I've provided attached it). This problem can occur even with a polarized plug (you need to reverse it, but it still connects 2 outlets). The photo shows an incorrectly connected non-polarized transformer. I leave it because it does what I need it to do - I just have to be careful and make sure I'm not bridging between two outlets. I'm deducting a star because of this problem - a slight change in the position of the sockets prevents that this problem occurs. makes no sense - just look at the pictures I've attached).
