While this device does a great job and is great value for money, it lacks clear and concise instructions on how to get started. Of course, connecting to a computer is easy. However, you will need video recording/streaming software to interact with the device. Which, by the way, does not require pre-packaging. Fortunately, there are free video recording/streaming apps. My favorite is OBS Studio, which can be downloaded from obsproject.com. After downloading and installing this software, using the device is a breeze. Of course, if you've never used a streaming/video recorder or its software, You can find a video called TKHIN Capture Card Overview in the customer reviews to help you set up the device. In particular, they also used OBS Studio software in the video, which helped me a lot. All in all this is a great product. It just needed to be made clearer that additional software is required and/or where it can be downloaded.
