Great support that cares about us as customers for real! Have not had any problems with this product or their excellent team at all to date - amazing people who really do care what they are doing/what will benefit you from it is awesome too- always willing if we have issues etc but never pushy in my view? Not many software solutions these days offer exceptional quality products like ours which provide benefits way beyond just being better than an offthe shelf POS solution such has been available previously online since time immemorial i believe?? Also our website needs redesigning very soon otherwise its hard navigation when first coming direct via links provided by heartlands site!! I also think there could be some improvements made around payment terms especially given certain locations may choose 'open' only where others use credit cards more oftenly perhaps?! Highly recommend using them over another option because they genuinely understand how important good sales conversions actually need vs simply having something up fast without needing much interaction once installed. I love how user friendly it is for both customers as well employees! There are some features that could use improvement like being able to create more than one table! We have been using this software since we opened our location 3 years ago now. The benefits include allowing us to be in charge of everything from reservations through checkouts which has allowed us to run smoother with less stress.
