Problems are resolved and customer service is fast and very helpful
In response to my previous complaint about distortion and blurring, customer service was quick to chime in and offer help. They fixed the problem by changing the upscaled resolution to 1080p, and they offered a free Lightning cable to connect to the iPhone. I am now very satisfied with the product and the service.
