Review on Wurkkos 13000lm Scuba Diving Light: Ultimate Waterproof LED Submarine Flashlight for Outdoor Adventure - Includes Batteries! by Chase Steele

wall of light please!

WOW. just wow. How else could I start reviewing the brightest portable flashlight I've ever owned? Is it brighter than car headlights? Yes! Is it brighter than a police car headlight? Yes! This light is an XHP50.2 quad light source and these LEDs put out an incredible amount of light. The Wurkkos DL70 flashlight is designed as a diving flashlight (IPX8 waterproof rating - the device is suitable for prolonged immersion in water under the conditions specified by the manufacturer - 100m according to the manual), so this flashlight has interesting properties that other lights do not have available. Without further ado, flashlight review! Item as delivered What you get from Revain is a nice box that will fit: 1) Flashlight DL702) 2) 2 x 26650 batteries on top of button, Wurkkos brand (Cost itself if not included)3) 3) Charger for lithium-ion batteries (dual channel charger 1A per channel and included micro USB cable that charges batteries from 16340 to 36650) 4) 4) flashlight straps5) 5) spare O-rings and a dive light and 6) user manual . First impressions. The first thing you will notice when handling the flashlight is its weight, which is equivalent to the weight of a loaded Maglight 3D cell in an empty 2C package. When you unscrew the back to load these 26650s, you'll immediately notice that the lantern unscrews easily as the anodized threads are oiled at the factory. If you remove the back cover further, you'll notice the double O-rings on the body of the flashlight (as you know, dive lights are supposed to be waterproof). Charging the flashlight was easy enough, just plug in the batteries. on the positive end (the tabs go to the head of the light) and screw on the back cover, done. This light's switch is a side switch that sits at the base of the head and appears to be magnetic (no electronic goodies are ever exposed to water), which is pretty neat. This is a metal alloy-type switch with no rubber boot, which turns out to be a click-back for those who care. Due to its magnetic nature, there is no tactile or audible click. As soon as you press the switch and then release it, you will be literally amazed by the blinding amount of light (enough light to extinguish HEAT from over 30cm high, so be careful. The user interface is quite simple with memory; click Next mode (4 modes 450lm/1300lm/4000lm/13000lm) the light will turn on in turbo mode, then go to low, medium, high and finally back to turbo mode, you need long press to turn off the light.reminds when you turn it back on, it goes to the last mode you had. Use above the surface that's what Wurkkos does. What else does it do Heat? - You can feel the heat generated by the LEDs through the body of the flashlight for about 30 seconds (good if you don't want your electronic parts in the flashlight) ). for cooking food). The light also has a thermal choke so the light dims with o so the flashlight doesn't cook itself or your hands (55C thermal choke, they call it ATR - advanced thermoregulation). Obviously below the water surface you have active liquid cooling ;) Beam profile, due to the four LEDs you get a nice hot spot in the center with 4 "petals" with fixed side spread. This light strikes a pretty good balance between cast and flow. The quad emitters are great for floodlighting, but the sheer amount of light this thing puts out helps project it a lot farther than you could. If you're walking down a dark alley and need to light everything up, just press a button and you're done. TL; DR Crowd Light creates an incredibly bright wall of light and comes ready to go with everything you need and is a great value if you need some super bright and waterproof light.
