Grid surface not working. it's too soft. When I tried to use the brush, the hair fell out all over my garlic. Rough! Also on the box is a nice wooden brush, and in the box is a crappy plastic pet hair brush. My friend has a screen plate so I bought this because it was cheaper but now I have a low quality product and need to buy the real deal. Don't waste your time!
