Review on 🧼 ESP 30YS34-SB Super Absorbent Flake Sock - Poly-Cellulose Hazmat, Yellow (Case of 30) - 52 Gallon Absorbency, 3" Diameter x 48" Length by Reid Rickerson

Once again I was upset at the discrepancy in product quality. I ordered this item last time and it arrived in a neat well organized box. The product was as described and did a good job of collecting water in my basement. I decided to order another suitcase and when I opened the box to my great disappointment it looked like someone had thrown things in it in a hurry and the items looked very small, very light colored and had dark spots on them. It does not look at all as described, and certainly not what I got the first time. I'm not sure how a company keeps changing their inferior product and still selling it at the same or even higher price. This is a waste of time, especially since I had to return the package. Revain obviously gave me a good refund but I'm not sure I'll trust him from now on as this isn't the first time. I am attaching two photos, one showing the difference between the old and new order and the second photo showing the inside of the box exactly as I found it when I opened it.
