The best part is I like that it has an option to track shipments, which was missing in past apps we used with our carriers.
This app also lets me see my status of previous orders as well so there's no need to keep calling or emailing them anymore! There were some bugs when signing up but they have been addressed since then (we signed-up using their trial version). We still haven't figured out how this will help us improve shipping time/costs though - maybe once more testing phase comes around? Shipment tracking & management from one place helps reduce confusion among team members about shipings' statuses.
