The app we have been using with our carriers! This one helps a lot!

The best part is I like that it has an option to track shipments, which was missing in past apps we used with our carriers. This app also lets me see my status of previous orders as well so there's no need to keep calling or emailing them anymore! There were some bugs when signing up but they have been addressed since then (we signed-up using their trial version). We still haven't figured out how this will help us improve shipping time/costs though - maybe once more testing phase comes around?

  • Easy access through any mobile device; even while traveling outside country.
  • Ability store customer preferences such phone number etc
Cons
  • A bit complicated at first.
  • Would be nice if you could add comments during checkout process instead having separate comment section after order completion

Great service with simple to use interface!

I love how easy it is to use, plus they offer excellent customer service! You can also get notifications via text or email when orders are shipped/cancelled! If there were more delivery locations in my area then that would be great too!! Nothing so far, but very excited about this new option because of its ease to checkout as well as other features. This allows us to have quick access to our customers' shipments whenever we need which has helped greatly with keeping up with shipping time…

What impressed us was how the team were able to communicate to us clearly about what we needed and why we needed it. Very early in the project they worked closely with us to understand exactly what we needed and created detailed plans. They helped us realise that although we had previously been managing most aspects of our own website ourselves we were struggling with finding the best way forward.
