Review on Shiptify by Patrick Johnson

What impressed us was how the team were able to communicate to us clearly about what we needed and why we needed it. Very early in the project they worked closely with us to understand exactly what we needed and created detailed plans. They helped us realise that although we had previously been managing most aspects of our own website ourselves we were struggling with finding the best way forward. After talking through options with them we decided to use them and after using them for a number of months now they still continue to give advice and offer improvements to the site. It is very responsive and the features we asked for are delivered in a timely manner and generally seem to come in under budget. They help you with many of the daily operational activities of running a business such as sending invoices, setting up and scheduling shipments and getting paid. However, they do not offer any advice or training regarding tax or other financial matters and we found that to be quite disappointing. Overall though, the service was good value for money.
