Review on Waterpik CC-01 Complete Care 9.0 Sonic Electric Toothbrush and Water Flosser Combo Kit, White - 11 Piece Set by Tim Cade

I want a full refund or a free replacement. None of the items work. I bought it in December 2018 because it is compact. two in one. Initially the toothbrush worked well but after two months of moderate use it showed up to be fully charged in one day but wouldn't start. A week later he worked again for another two months. I tried not to let it load for too long as many customers complained that it was overloaded and not working at all. One day it showed a low battery but wasn't charging at all. So I bought a Sonicare electric toothbrush and continued to floss with Waterpik as the Waterpik toothbrush was useless. Now I didn't have a compact two-in-one device anymore. This week the Waterpik floss stopped splashing water out of the floss tip extension. I cleaned it regularly with a solution of white vinegar in water as directed. No additions to the fountain. Somewhere at the bottom of the device, water pours out with full force. It's useless. I use it sparingly and it's a bad investment for me. I would like a full refund please. Many Thanks.
