Buyer beware in my review

The only reason it even gets 3 stars is because this may be a fine product to use as a soil amendment or for outdoor use, but I had a terrible experience using it in a 70/30 coco/perlite mix. I think mine covered every common complaint: dead seedlings, TDS of 600ppm, lots of dust/fines (holds too much water), excessive sand, and bad sewage smell.Part of this was my fault, I should not have assumed it was properly rinsed as advertised. I spent several hours soaking, rinsing, testing EC, and straining to try and salvage what is left. Waste of time & money, would not buy again.
