Ideal for those who need to limit fluid intake

Earlier this year I lost my second kidney to cancer and am now on dialysis three times a week. Since my kidneys aren't working, I have to severely limit my fluid intake each day, and this little water bottle helps me with that. I put in ice cubes and about 4-5 ounces of water. Ice stays frozen for hours even if left in a hot Arizona car. This can be a good way to carry water or drinks for toddlers or young children.
