I have a Chromebook and it immediately got stuck in a boot loop when creating an account. Tried to fix it several times. Never was able to access the internet, not even as a guest, and wouldn't let me create a previous account. I have 3 other Chromebooks (all different models) and none of them had this issue. Even the replacement they gave me (which was the wrong color) couldn't access the internet either, same problem. I'm not sure if this issue is related to this model or if quality control was not performed during the repair process. However, both were sent back and sent back.
