I'm a bit critical when writing a review but so far; I have no real complaints about the ANNKE home security system. I prefer this system over more expensive and overrated systems like Nest or Ring because: 1. OWN MY DATA. All surveillance data of my camera is stored in the device which is in my house.2. Wired Cameras. Nothing is broadcasting or consuming my Wi-Fi bandwidth or my home LAN bandwidth. As far as I can tell, the device generates no traffic at all on my wired home network unless you connect to a PC client or cell phone client. camera installations. The cameras are pretty good considering you have 4 ethernet cables and more than enough to put them anywhere. these functions now. It is very easy to connect to Onvif IP cameras. It's also easy to swap out or add cameras that connect directly to the device. It even supports pan and zoom controls for most IP cameras. CONS: Not many that I've come across. It has only 1 internal drive bay and one SATA connector.
