I have a company that installs and supplies home appliances. We use about 50 of these a month and they work great. Simply fold over the tabs on each side with channel clasps and it fits perfectly into a 24" hole. Make sure you pre-drill holes on each side of the cabinet when installing the bracket or you will split the wood. Some other companies sell sticky tape. also stick under the granite and screw into the dishwasher they are rubbish and fall off when steam from the dishwasher gets on them after several wash cycles that's the only way.
