Exactly what I expected. A little work will make it like new again!
I searched on youtube how to repair a cracked 2012 honda pilot center console cover. I watched the video so I knew what I was getting myself into. My wife did the installation herself. She needed a screwdriver, a construction stapler, short staples and arm strength πͺπΌ. The photo I shared is the end result. It looks like new and the color matches perfectly. We bought this product because we didn't need leather.
