The customer service is top notch. Their technical support team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I love that they are always checking in with me and helping me out whenever I have any issues. They are extremely reliable and will go above and beyond to help you out in anyway possible. I do not like how their sales staff talks down to customers. When I call them about purchasing hardware, it's usually because I'm having trouble with my computer or network and they tell me they don't sell those items. I've never had them actually help me solve my problem. I feel like they just want to upsell me. You should definitely use them for all your computer needs. I am solving several problems with our server and network. It has helped us tremendously!
