Installation was easy. Very disappointed with the video and photo quality. Skin tones are not accurate regardless of the light level in the room. My skin looks pale pink/slightly lavender. The fish-eye distortion, where straight objects in the background appear curved, is also not happy. Since I installed it, there have been several instances where red and green lights appear on the camera but no image appears on the screen. Every time this happened I had to unplug the USB stick, wait and plug it back in to see the image on the screen. I bought a camera in this price range because it came with a protective case. (No more "privacy" after falling off the lens!); ^)
