Review on Convenience Concepts American Heritage 3 Tier by Richard Singleton

Good for the price 3 tier table with espresso drawer

Bought 2 of these. Both boxes were complete with all parts and instructions, well packaged. I had a few small pieces of styrofoam that needed rubbing off, but the pieces of wood were wrapped in thin styrofoam with the edges protected by hard styrofoam, so I didn't have the styrofoam fragmentation issues that some people have reported. The kit also included a tube of glue for the dowels and a touch-up pen. This is a typical IKEA-esk furniture assembly using an Allen key, but you'll also need a screwdriver. I made a drywall with no dowels or glue (and no middle shelf or top attached). I had to redo the first one because the instructions don't specify the specific orientation of the side pieces (rough side goes up). The wood pieces are labeled alphabetically and I assume you know the labeled sides are on the bottom or inside. I can see people reporting not receiving the instructions running into some build issues as I had the instructions but was still having an issue. The only damage is a small dent on the front of one leg, which unfortunately is in the front of the top leg next to the drawer. I chose not to return this as you need to be close by to see the dent and I think I can steam dry some of the dent and then use touch up chalk to mask the light colored wood around the dent. The two tables I got in espresso are pretty similar in spot colors too, so I don't want to risk getting a second table that might have a different color scheme. These tables aren't as dark brown as I'd like, but the three-tiered design in a narrow table is what I needed, so I'll look beyond that minor color issue. For the price, this is a nice side table and if you read the instructions and carefully assemble it, it's no worse than other DIY furniture.
